Technical Variations
Welded 6000-series aluminum pickets in 6 ft and 8 ft heights with concealed-fastener rails, finished in architectural matte black or bronze powder-coat. Aluminum will not rust through like steel and carries a 20-year structural life — ideal for front yards, pool enclosures and luxury subdivisions.
Hand-forged solid steel pickets, scroll work and finials TIG-welded into single or bi-parting gate leaves up to 16 ft wide. Each gate is hot-dip galvanized before powder-coating, so coastal salt, road brine and freeze-thaw cycles will not chew through the finish in the first five winters.
Western red cedar boards or maintenance-free composite slats over a hot-dipped galvanized steel sub-frame, set on concrete-anchored posts. The steel frame keeps the fence dead straight long after a 100% wood fence would have warped, while preserving the warm natural look buyers expect.
Most properties need two gates that read as one design — a pedestrian gate at the walkway and a 12–16 ft driveway gate. We fabricate both leaves from the same picket profile, finial and powder-coat batch so the curb-view stays cohesive instead of looking bolted-together.

Our Process
A senior project lead walks the property line, locates utilities, confirms grade and frost depth, and maps every access point, sight line, and vulnerability before a single quote line is written.
Panels, gate leaves, posts and hardware are engineered to your opening, wind load and use case, then welded and powder-coated in our Ontario shop to tolerances pre-fab kits simply cannot match.
Posts are core-drilled or set in concrete below the 1.2 m frost line, gate operators are torque-tuned to leaf weight, and limit switches and travel paths are calibrated for silent, repeatable cycles.
Every install is commissioned to UL 325 safety standards — photo-eyes, safety loops, edge sensors, keypads and smartphone control are all stress-tested on-site before we hand over the remotes.
